– Properly follows all steps of the sales process i.e. prospecting, meet and greet, qualification, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure, delivery, and post-sale follow up to attract new and retain current customers.
– Maintains an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date when required. This includes accurate collection of customer and vehicle information.
– Report daily activity to the sales supervisor or sales manager, prepares reports such as weekly plans, walk-ins reports, activity and results reports and those relateed to issues resolution to present and review with management.
– Ensure customer satisfaction as per our CSI guidelines. Ensure every single customer experience is outstanding as per the GWM –HAVAL Iraq.
– Performs other duties as described under SALES Consultant Master Title.
– Provide regular reports on competition in the market in terms of price and specifications for the new, presentations and advertising,
– Promote the company’s products to existing customers and attract new customers
– Follow up on inventory movement and patrolling inventory.
– Ability to achieve monthly target of sales.
– Follow up the appearance of internal and external exhibition and cleaner cars inside the exhibition.
– Performs tasks to increase sales, such as the evaluation of advertising campaigns or review administrative Procedures.
