1-Bsc and upper certificate at civil engineering /structural department.
2-Experience in the field for more than 5 years.
3-Good knowledge with real practice at multi story building not less than 15 floors.
4-physicial ability.
5-Good administration management to start according to a systematic arranging in human resource requirement.
6-Review , check, certify drawings .
7-report problems, deficiency, meantime suggest solutions.
8-Measuring , survey in ( preferred total station instrument.
9-planning to match best time and money saving .
10-follow up drawing , BOQ , time schedule.
11-weekly or monthly reports , as QA with full detail of activities obslates , and solutions.
12-prepare shop drawings as per work requirements.
13-best skill in Autocad , preferable has good background at the structural soft wares.
14-readiness to work at severe work condition.
15-work availability for long time duration.
16-readiness at team work.
17-respect chain of command.
18-follow up safety , security , health and environmental , levels.
19-deal with local authorities instructions and requirements.
20-Control calculation structural analysis.
21- Report to project manager / company.
