Nissan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Specialist to lead HR initiatives and enhance
employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for
fostering a positive work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HR policies, programs and best practices.
• Support performance management process and employee development initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Handle payroll tasks, including tracking attendance and resolving any payroll discrepancies.
• Manage organizing company events and meetings.
• Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
1. Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or a related field (master’s preferred).
2. 5-7 years of HR experience.
3. Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor lows.
4. Proficiency HR software and MS office.
5. Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
6. HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is plus.
7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
