General Qualifications:
• At least Diploma Degree,
• Executive Assistant etc. at least 1-2 years of experience in the fields,
• Language: Kurdish, English, and Turkish is a plus.
• Dynamic, effective written and verbal communication skills, trust-building,
• Strong time management and follow-up skills,
• Advanced planning, organization and representation skills,
• Able to work systematically, efficiently and meticulously,
• Cares about appearance, presentable, well-groomed, good diction
• Friendly and positive,
• Proficient in MS Office applications, proficient in using office tools such as fax, photocopier, printer, scanner, etc.,
• Residing in Duhok.
Job Description:
• Organize the daily/weekly/monthly work schedule and work environment of the manager, prepare work and travel plans, follow his/her agenda
• Make domestic and international hotel, flight and travel arrangements, follow up and finalize visa processes
• Ensure that the preparations required for the relevant agenda are made before the trip and that the relevant reports are prepared
• Manage the manager’s phone, mail, appointment and meeting traffic
• Conduct and follow up filing and documentation processes
• Ensure communication and coordination with all affiliated units
• Ensure that the requested reports are prepared daily/weekly/monthly
• Make the necessary organizations for welcoming and hosting guests
• Prepare the necessary documentation regarding research reports, texts and presentations required by the manager
