Job Summary:

The Medical Representative will be the key link between pharmaceutical products and healthcare professionals. The primary responsibility is to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals and manage a specific territory to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion: Effectively promote and educate healthcare professionals about the benefits, features, and appropriate usage of the products through presentations, meetings, and demonstrations.
• Sales Achievement: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within your assigned territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.
• Market Research: Stay informed about the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry, competitor activities, and market trends. Use this information to adapt sales strategies and provide feedback to the Sales & Marketing teams.
• Territory Management: Plan and organize activities and schedules to maximize productivity and coverage of your assigned territory. Ensure that all calls, visits, and follow-ups are timely and efficient.
• Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to the management team. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.

• Working Conditions & Benefit Package:

  • Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week & 6-8 hours per day.
  • Salary: $600- $800 USD per month as Basic Salary + Commission
