       JOB DESCRIPTION

 

JOB TITLE: LOGISTICS ORDER AND STOCK SPECIALIST

 DEPARTMENT: Mardin Business Directorate     

SUPERVISOR'S DUTY: Mardin Business Manager

Location: Duhok, İrak

PERSON/PERSONS REPLACED BY: Logistics Shipment Specialist/Assistant Specialist, Financial and Administrative Affairs Specialist

 

                                                                         

  1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • To prepare input identification labels for the input control of incoming Chemical Raw Materials, Bulk Raw Materials and Auxiliary materials into the factory stock areas and to ensure that the checked products are placed according to the business layout plan.
  • Entering orders from the Sales Department into the system based on the shared information.
  • Conducting monthly stock counts and reconciling the actual stock counts with the stock report drawn through the ERP system and reporting problematic stocks to the Business Manager.
  • To check and approve the accuracy of all kinds of raw materials and materials coming to the factory according to the delivery note information. To ensure the return of the input by preparing the input return form, within the knowledge of the Business Manager, for the non-conformity report prepared by the quality control department for products that are missing, defective and not suitable according to the input quality plan, and to notify the supplier company.
  • Checking the incoming raw material and material invoice amounts and ensuring their correct entry into the Kaledata system.
  • According to the Raw Material / Material receipt from the warehouse prepared by the Production and Maintenance Department, ensuring that the materials to be consumed by the Production and Maintenance Specialist / Automation Operator are removed from the stocks by approving the daily production outputs through the ERP system.
  • 7. To ensure that the incoming raw materials and materials are identified to the relevant department by recording them in the daily material entry form, to the inputs that have been checked by quality control, and to paste them on the ones to be stored in the warehouse.
  • 8. Based on the order forms of the Raw Materials and Materials entering the warehouse, checking that the delivery notes received by the Kaledata ERP system are made correctly, and informing the supplier of any tonnage differences, if any, and ensuring that the error is corrected.
  • 9. Conducting planned 3-month supplier evaluations for each supplier and ensuring that the results are sent to the Purchasing Management.
  • 10. To carry out the duties assigned within the business management activities appropriate to one's competence.
  • 11. To ensure the organization, order and cleanliness of the area under his/her responsibility. To prevent clutter in the area, to remove unnecessary equipment in the area or to control the necessary equipment in the area.
  • 12. Playing an active role in lean transformation studies, contributing to the continuous increase of the standards of the business (5S, Teamwork, etc.).
