- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration, specifically with Zoho.
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Experience with server and network management (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Knowledge of backup and data recovery systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSE are an added advantage.
