Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Management Systems Specialist to oversee and enhance our occupational health, safety, and environmental management processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in occupational safety, environmental legislation, and ISO management systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all occupational health and safety (OHS) management processes, including compliance, risk assessment, training, site inspections, and accident prevention.
• Manage environmental processes, including waste management, environmental impact assessments, compliance audits, and awareness programs.
• Develop and maintain management systems, ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems).
• Conduct internal audits and site inspections, support external audits, and represent the company during compliance reviews.
• Manage document control processes within QDMS (Quality Document Management System).
• Organize and deliver training sessions on OHS, environmental management, and regulatory compliance.
• Address and resolve nonconformities, initiate corrective actions, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Conduct risk assessments related to occupational health, safety, and environmental factors.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local legislation, updating policies as needed.
• Manage chemical safety, including the preparation of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Supervise periodic inspections, emergency management, and wastewater disposal processes.
