2X CCTV Monitor
Duhok Mall is seeking a talented and experienced CCTV Monitor to Join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
◾ Organise monitoring of circuit television screens and cameras.
◾ Point control and inspection procedures through checklist.
◾ Report follow-up and operations and send reports to management
◾ Work according to the shift schedule organized by the administration
◾ Direct the supervisor or security guard in case of disputes or any security situation or the like.
◾ Inform the Operations Supervisor of any cases that may occur inside or outside the shopping center.
◾ Understand and deal with security and safety rules.
◾ Able to keep up with the pace of intensive work and changing working hours.
◾ Perform troubleshooting faults in systems and equipment.

◾ Participate in training programs and seminars to stay updated with the latest developments
◾ Utilize problem-solving techniques in interacting with other employees in resolving issues
◾ Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements and person Specification
◾ Graduated from Computer Science, Information Technology institutes.
◾ At least one year of experience in a similar job.
◾ Fluent in Kurdish language, and knowledge in Arabic and English languages is preferable.
◾ Non-smoker
◾ Able to keep up with the pace of intensive work and changing working hours.
◾ Teamwork skills
◾Free of sight issues
◾Patient at work
