GK Auto Company is looking for Workshop Team Leader that will be responsible for working with Service Center team to the provide best Service quality to the customer and enhance the overall operation.
General Responsibilities
Responsible to communicates with reception team and support
functions to ensure the best repair quality and ensure that customer complains are done.
Responsible to enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate cost to the reception team.
Responsible to increase technician performance and improve their productivity.
Responsible for the workshop facility and assists maintenances.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required in the related filed.
