Job Description
Support the vision and mission of Partners by imparting training and education on life skills, female health
education, and economic empowerment to women and adolescent girls to improve their quality of life and
teach livelihood skills to improve their income and social dignity.
Essential Functions
● Successfully complete the provided online course prior to carrying out female health training.
● Organize and train women/girls based on information and materials provided to educate and
promote health awareness and good health practices.
● Distribute feminine hygiene kits to participants at each training. Provide required reporting and
documentation (compile data: distribution list, participant list, and questionnaires) following each
training session.
● Evaluate the impact of each session and conduct follow-up calls to evaluate the benefits of the
distributed kits to participants, under the supervision of the Project Manager.
● Assist with the evaluation of women’s health awareness needs, under the supervision of the Project
Manager.
● Underthe supervision of the Project Manager, develop Life Skill Training plans and implement
training as scheduled in the targeted camps.
● Provide registration opportunities along with on-going communication with the beneficiaries
including potential participants.
● Submit monthly project activity reports to the camp administration and attend NGO meetings.
● Identify gaps within the camp and report them to the camp administration assistant and Project
Manager.
Other Functions
● Assist with other projects as needed and as assigned by the Project Manager.
