Identifying hardware and software solutions
diagnosing and repairing faults
Troubleshooting technical issues
Resolving network issues
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any Related field
- Knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and methods; systems testing and evaluation principles, methods, and tools; IT security principles and methods; Internet technologies; and/or emerging information technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with VPN networks, firewalls, encryption, and other aspects of network security technologies
- Advanced Knowledge of MS Office
- Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative and multitask
