• To provide general information to the implementers on construction sites about all Kalekim products, to introduce the company products, to provide guidance on preparation and methods before, during and after the application. • To identify customer complaints. To convey customer feedback to MHY. To make suggestions for reasons and solutions in line with company decisions. • To participate in planned training activities regarding the customer complaint process when necessary. • To support customer complaint working groups in their work when necessary. • To explain the application methods and methods of the products to the participants in Vocational Qualification Exams and seminars when necessary and to organize the application. • To contribute to the preparation of training and promotion materials including the types, causes and solution methods of the problems encountered. • To determine the suitability of the location for the courses and promotion meetings to be organized and to determine, make and coordinate the necessary preparations. • If necessary, to contribute to the preparation of documents, correspondence, registration, etc. for Courses and Seminars. • To contribute to the company's product promotion activities, to represent the company in organizations such as fairs, etc. • To continuously improve oneself in order to have accurate and detailed information about all our products in order to be able to promote our products correctly. • To be able to compare our own products with competitors' products and to have information that will reveal the competitive advantages of our products. • To discover the real needs of current and potential customers and to provide the products and services they want to receive. • To supervise and follow up the documents of the construction sites where the company has given product and application guarantees.
LEVEL OF EDUCATION: Preferably;
Construction Technician and/or Construction Vocational High School Graduate
At least 2 years of construction site experience
FOREIGN LANGUAGE: Arabic, Englsih, Turkish and Kurdish are a Plus.
DRIVING LICENSE: Required
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE: Required
