Job Summary Performs various function related to drug preparation and dispensing that ensure proper adherence for formulary guidelines as well as ensuring safe, appropriate, cost-effective pharmacotherapy.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Education Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree Experience Two years experience in modern hospital pharmacy practice including, sterile drug preparation, safe handling of cytotoxic agents, and unit dose dispensing for inpatients, drug utilization review and patient education and counseling. Certification and Licensure MOH License Association Registration Working conditions Fixed 8 – 12 duty hours to meet operational needs. Fast paced environment.
