Our office collaborates with consulates and embassies to provide comprehensive diplomatic services, including family reunification, Tourist and other visa services.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with our team to boost brand awareness, generate inbound traffic, and cultivate leads and sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for office Management and for creating and managing contracts and content for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Social media and Graphic Design:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Tiktok …etc).
  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality, and visually appealing content for all social media platforms, Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and innovative.
  • Design graphics, infographics, and other visual content for social media, website, and marketing materials.

 

Reception:

  • Monitor and respond to user interactions on social media platforms and in our Duhok office in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information or referrals.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, maintain office supplies inventory, and provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Document Management:

  • Create and manage contracts in English and Kurdish for clients, vendors, and partners. Ensure all contracts are compliant with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain organized records of all documentation.

Office:

  • Ensure the office premises are well-maintained, clean, and organized. This includes managing repairs, coordinating with cleaning staff, and overseeing office supplies.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect the office and its assets. This may involve installing security systems, monitoring access, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Marketing:

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns that align with our business goals

Qualifications & requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement.
  • Experience: Proven experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kurdish, capable of writing content, contracts, and using persuasive language. Other Languages are plus
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design and video editing tools.
  • Work Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
