Job Summary The incumbent shall support the Unit Head, Recruitment in the analysis of HR data to assist in the periodical studies related to the Centre’s recruitment process. He/she shall generate reports from the Human Resources System that are used by Executive Management, HR management and HR analysts and other department managers to develop the recruitment process. The incumbent shall also assists other HR analysts whenever needed, and assist in developing presentations and supporting documentations as required by HR management..
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience ESSENTIAL PREFERRED Education Bachelors degree in Business administration, law, finance or relevant Experience 2 years of experience or a Diploma in Business Administration or Management with 4 years of experience will be considered if relevant experience is present. Professional certification Skills and Qualifications Must be very Computer literate familiar with all analytical tools such as MS Office etc. Very good English language in both oral and written HR experience with a major Health care provider and Hospital Management Systems knowledge is desirable.
