Job Summary
The Security Manager will be responsible of ensuring secure and safe environment in all Al Safeer hospital for patients, employees and visitors at all areas and facilities through applying security processes and procedures, in addition to leading and training of security team and security resources continuously to ensure monitor and develop their performance to reach Al Safeer security requirements.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
ESSENTIAL PREFERRED Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, or any related field.
Experience Eight years of experience in Security two of which in a managerial role.
Hospital security experience Certification and Licensure Military, police background Skills and Abilities Leadership Skills English language competency Problem-Solving Skills Arabic fluency Adaptability Risk / crisis management
