Job Title: Sales & Marketing Representative (Remote)

About Us:
Work Academy is an international training center and employment agency dedicated to delivering high-quality training programs, international certifications, and professional development opportunities. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Representatives to work remotely.

Position Overview:
We are hiring 3 Sales & Marketing Representatives who will be responsible for promoting our training programs and services, developing and executing marketing strategies, building strong relationships with potential clients, and helping grow our business.
The successful candidates must have proven marketing and sales experience, especially in the field of training courses, international certifications, and international academies.

Job Type: Remote / Online
Working Hours: 4 to 6 hours daily
Salary: Commission-based (percentage of income generated)

Contract:

• First 6 months: probation period based on performance.
• After 6 months: possibility of a formal contract for successful candidates.

• 1 candidate in Duhok
• 1 candidate in Erbil
• 1 candidate in Sulaymaniyah

• Promote Work Academy’s training courses and certification programs to individuals and organizations.
• Develop and implement creative marketing and sales strategies to reach new clients.
• Identify and connect with potential clients and partners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop marketing ideas and content to increase visibility and sales opportunities.
• Manage online marketing activities through social media and other digital platforms.
• Attend regular online meetings and report on activities and results.
