Job Description

Announcement Vacancy: Rental Sales Agent
Location: Iraq-Erbil
Reporting to: Operation Senior Specialist
Monthly Salary : $600+commission to be established as per company regulations
 
Main Tasks
• Follow fleet team’s instructions for car repairs and maintenance.
• Create Reservations and Rental Agreements
• Close rental agreements
• Coordinate deliveries and collections
• Daily fleet check
• Create rental offers
• Take care of customer’s problems, requests, etc.
• Advise customer (vehicle types, GPS systems, process, terms & conditions, etc.)
• Support customer acquisition by advising customer of corporate programs, loyalty programs (Collect leads)
• Sell protection packages, up-sells, and additional extras
• Ensure damage compensation collection and reported to Operations and Branch Managers and Fleet Department (damage handling)
• Ensure fleet status is updated on system
•Make sure branch is clean and tidy
• Ensure all equipment is working (lights, printer, computer, etc.)
• Ensure all stationary is available in sufficient amounts
• Adhere to the individual operational procedures of Sixt
• Adhere to the Sixt Corporate Identity
• If a branch does not have a fleet checker rental sales agent performs fleet checker duties.
 
 

Qualifications & requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Not less than 1 years of experience in Customer Related services and sales.
