Job Summary The Staff Nurse provides clinical care to and supports the recovery of patients suffering from acute and long-term illnesses requiring surgery. He/she has the ability to work effectively both independently and within a multi-disciplinary/ multi-cultural team in the Peri-operatives Services (Recovery) to deliver the highest quality of care and apply Nursing Measure to assist patient returning to a safe physiological level after anesthesia.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: ESSENTIAL: BSc. in Nursing Nursing License. Computer literate. DESIRABLE: Post registration qualification in Intensive Care/Peri-Operative Nursing an advantage. Evidence of continuous education.
