- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' health conditions, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Develop individualized care plans based on the assessment findings, addressing specific medical, social, and psychological needs.
- Monitor residents' medication responses and identify and report any adverse reactions or changes in condition.
- Perform various medical treatments and procedures, such as wound care, injections, and catheterizations, as required.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly report any abnormalities to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and their families, fostering a positive and comforting environment.
- Document all nursing interventions, observations, and changes in residents' conditions accurately and promptly.
- Ensure residents have a safe and secure environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Identify and respond promptly to emergencies, providing appropriate first aid and notifying the appropriate personnel.
