Accountabilities:
• Overall responsible for Identifying the Factory upgradation Project Requirement which will enhance productivity.
• responsible for advising the management in selection of the Appropriate projects which will support the factory upgradation and upliftment.
• Seek Project approvals from the higher authorities
• Prepare Budgets for the execution of Project from Concept to completion (Time & monetary)
• Responsible for getting the necessary budget approvals.
• Responsible for Preparation of necessary Drawings and get the appropriate approvals from the authorities, Internal and government related approvals.
• To Liaison with the Govt. Regulatory Bodies for execution of the Project.
• Responsible for organizing the Tenders/Quotes for the project execution. & Recommend the best commercial & Technical offer most suitable for the Project.
• Subsequent to the assignment of the Project Follow up with the Contractors/subcontractors for the timely execution.
• Ensure Timely completion of the Project activities & commission the same.
• Ensure Contractors adhere to safety regulations & prevent the Assets of the organization while using them. Monitor for the regulations to be followed as per the company norms.
• Develop skill level of the plant employees and supporting them to achieve their targets.
