About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to lead our project teams in the dynamic fintech sector. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and driving project success through effective leadership and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution: Plan, organize, and execute project activities to ensure successful completion, adhering to predefined timelines and budget constraints.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external vendors. Maintain effective communication and collaboration to align all parties involved.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation such as project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Analyze project metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation, ensuring that tasks are assigned to appropriate team members with the necessary skills. Oversee resource availability and project expenses to aid in budget management.
Quality Assurance: Monitor deliverables to meet quality standards and client requirements. Conduct quality checks, and audits, and initiate quality improvement measures as needed.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to project teams, which includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and promoting team collaboration.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the fintech sector.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
