We are seeking an experienced female Preschool Manager to lead our team, manage daily operations.
Responsibilities:
•
Daily operations supervision of the preschool, including nursery and kindergarten.
•
Mentoring and managing teaching and supporting staff to maintain high educational standards.
•
Fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
•
Implementing the Finnish-style curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the educational goals and standards in coordination with the academic director.
•
Supporting teachers in delivering effective, child-centered, and play-based learning experiences.
•
Ensuring the preschool complies with all local regulations and licensing requirements.
•
Managing enrollment processes, maintain student records, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
•
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for children and staff.
•
Liaising with local authorities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
•
Communicating effectively with parents, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on their child’s progress.
•
Developing and managing the preschool’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability.
•
Overseeing purchasing and resource allocation.
•
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the preschool’s programs and practices.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
•
Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
•
knowledge of the international educational approach and its application in early childhood settings.
•
Deep understanding of local regulatory requirements and compliance standards for preschools.
•
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
•
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including staff, parents, franchiser, and local authorities.
•
Financial management skills and the ability to develop and manage budgets.
