Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
- Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects.
- Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on planning and scheduling matters.
Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
