Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Department Manager to lead our e-learning department's marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, branding, and the management of online learning platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our training programs and grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote e-learning services across multiple social media platforms.
- Manage and grow our brand presence through online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Act as the face of the academy in promotional videos, presenting and explaining our training programs, courses, and services to potential clients and learners.
- Collaborate with the content development team to ensure that branding and marketing materials align with our company’s vision and goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing them for higher engagement and better outcomes.
- Create and maintain content for online learning platforms and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other digital marketing tools to engage with our audience.
- Coordinate with the sales and e-learning teams to ensure that all marketing activities support our business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the e-learning user experience and increase course enrollment.
- Create high-quality content in Kurdish, Arabic, and English to engage with diverse audiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, branding, and managing online platforms.
- Familiarity with e-learning systems and best practices in promoting educational services.
- Proficiency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently in video formats.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in video creation and presentation skills for online marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to evolving trends in the digital marketing and education sectors.
