 Job Opportunity: Freelance HSE Trainer (Oil & Gas & Construction Sectors) – Iraq

Work Academy International Training Center is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Freelance HSE Trainer to join our team of professionals delivering internationally accredited health and safety training programs across Iraq.

  • Job Title: Freelance HSE Trainer
  • Location: Iraq (Preference for candidates from Kurdistan Region)
  • Type:Freelance / Project-Based

 

Qualifications & requirements

Requirements:

 Minimum 6 years of experience as an HSE Trainer in the oil & gas and construction sectors
 Must hold a valid NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
 Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written)
 Must be an approved trainer by IOSH and OSHAcademy
 Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
 Ability to deliver training both in-class and on-site to professional standards
 Passion for safety, learning, and professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality HSE training programs in line with IOSH, OSHAcademy, and other international standards

  • Prepare and customize course materials according to client needs

  • Ensure participants understand and apply safety principles effectively

  • Maintain training records and support learners throughout their certification process
