Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and a proven track record of teaching or training others. The Graphic Designer Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that equip students with the practical skills needed to succeed in the graphic design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:
- Develop and update training materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Create engaging and interactive course content that covers fundamental and advanced graphic design concepts.

2. Instruction and Training:
- Deliver high-quality training sessions in both classroom and online settings.
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Provide hands-on instruction in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

3. Student Support:
- Mentor and support students throughout their learning journey.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist students with portfolio development and job placement.

4. Industry Engagement:
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in graphic design.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations to ensure training programs are aligned with market needs.

5. Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and other organizational activities.
