To expand our elite pool of instructors for our upcoming 2026 programs, we are seeking highly experienced, dynamic, and certified Freelance Trainers in multiple disciplines.
We are recruiting expert trainers capable of delivering high-impact programs in the following sectors:
Oil and Gas Management: Drilling, production, reservoir engineering, and petroleum management.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): International standards (OSHA, IOSH, NEBOSH), risk assessment, and industrial safety.
Technical & Engineering Skills: HVAC design, plumbing, mechanical maintenance, electrical systems, and civil engineering.
Information Technology & Computer Science: Software development, coding (C#, Python, etc.), cybersecurity, networking, and data analytics.
ISO Standards & Quality Systems: Lead Auditor and implementation training (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, etc.).
Management & Leadership: Project management, HR management, corporate governance, and strategic planning.
Business, Marketing & Sales: B2B strategies, digital marketing, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and business development.
Finance & Accounting: Corporate finance, managerial accounting, auditing, and financial analysis.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Procurement, inventory control, fleet management, and international logistics.
Soft Skills & Personal Development: Communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and time management.
Languages & Cultural Training: Professional English, Arabic, and Kurdish communication tailored for corporate environments.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in the respective field and a strong track record as a trainer.
Certifications: Must possess TOT (Training of Trainers) certification or equivalent international instructional credentials.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish (written and spoken) is highly preferred to accommodate diverse trainee groups.
Technical Skills: Mastery of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for compiling reports and delivering interactive, modern presentations.
Delivery Style: Exceptional public speaking, classroom management, and the ability to design engaging, practical training materials.
