Job Description

Position: Data Entry (Volunteer – Remote)
Department: Employment Department / Works-Jobs.com Platform

About the Role:
Work Academy is looking for a motivated Volunteer Data Entry Assistant to join our team remotely. This role requires 2-3 hours of online work daily and involves supporting the Employment Department within the Works Jobs Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, good communication abilities, and accuracy in managing data.

 Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update job-related data into our system with accuracy
  • Assist the employment department with daily online tasks
  • Manage and organize emails professionally
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data quality
  • Coordinate with the team remotely and follow daily tasks

Qualifications & requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Kurdish nationality (This opportunity is only for Kurdish candidates)
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, typing, online systems)
  • English & Arabic language skills
  • Good knowledge of email handling and communication
  • Ability to work remotely at least 2-3 hours daily
  • High attention to detail and responsibility

 Additional Opportunity:
Candidates who have sales or marketing skills and extra available time may also be considered for a part-time position in our Marketing Department.
