Position Responsibilities Summary:
We are looking for a highly capable Construction Manager to manage our construction projects, as a Construction Manager, you should be able to read the construction blueprints and must be well aware of the small technicalities on a construction site. You will be closely associated with architects, engineers, general contractors, and project managers.
The construction Manager will be responsible to schedule and coordinate the processes in a manner that the project gets completed within the estimated time. You will be working as a bridge between the staff and labor working on a site and the higher management.
Duties & Responsibilities: Main Responsibility:
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building
and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with

• Select tools, materials, and equipment, and track inventory.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review the work progress on a daily basis.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction
techniques.
• Any other duties as assigned by – or via the supervisory line.

Qualification & preferred skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Construction Manager, Supervisor or Construction Project Manager.
• At least 10 years working with a company in the area of Construction Engineering projects (Mandatory).
• Working knowledge of building sites, construction regulations, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with construction management software packages.
• In-depth knowledge of construction engineering and construction specifications,
standards, and codes.
• Great leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving
skills.
• Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish (written, spoken, reading)
• Reporting skill: They provide timely updates and reports to project managers to
ensure deadlines are met.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to establish and maintain an effective
working relationship.
