Welthungerhilfe (WHH) is a German private, non-profit, politically independent, and non-denominational relief organization committed to supporting individuals living in deprivation and poverty, regardless of their skin color, religious beliefs, or worldview. WHH operates in the fields of development cooperation, humanitarian aid, relief, rehabilitation, and reconstruction. The organization is currently implementing the project IRQ-1083, titled "Supporting Employment Promotion and Increased Income for Host Communities, IDPs, Returnees, and Refugees in Iraq," aimed at fostering sustainable livelihoods and self-help capabilities through the rebuilding of agricultural systems using resource-conserving techniques.
Under the direct supervision of the Project Junior Officer and other project staff, Community Mobilizers are responsible for supporting the implementation of project activities conducted by WHH and its partners.
Overall Objective:
The general objective is to support the implementation of project activities by establishing strong links with communities. A community mobilizer contributes to the success of outreach and registration activities, ensuring that the community is well-informed, engaged, and actively participating in relevant programs.
