Job Summary To co-ordinate and ensure the delivery of a high-quality fault fixing and maintenance service across the hospital that meet the service specifications and participate in execution of expansion projects and modification of end users
Education High school graduate Diploma, graduation equivalency diploma (GED) certificate. Skills & Qualifications Read and work from blueprints, schematics, sketches and piping diagrams Perform preventative maintenance on various equipment Follow oral and written instructions Effectively communicate and convey ideas to others both orally and in writing Ability to work with computer hardware and software required to track work orders and record time worked Must work wherever the equipment/systems are located, on rooftops, outdoors, inside office buildings or mechanical rooms. Self-motivated Technician with the ability to multitask, organize and work under the pressure of a busy Organization Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills A team player attitude Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Working conditions & Physical requirements Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight. Requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Exposed to all types of weather conditions. Must be able to follow Safety requirements.
