Qualifications & requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop and create engaging, informative, and high-quality video content for Arabic language learning courses on social media platforms.
Design instructional materials and scripts for videos, ensuring clear and concise delivery of language concepts, grammar rules, vocabulary, and cultural aspects.
Deliver well-structured and engaging Arabic language lessons through video presentations, incorporating interactive elements and activities.
Collaborate with the content development team to align video content with established curriculum goals and learning outcomes.
Stay updated on current trends and best practices in Arabic language teaching, instructional design, and video production to continuously improve content quality.
Create visually appealing and professional video content by utilizing video editing software, graphics, animations, and other relevant tools.
Monitor and respond to user comments, questions, and feedback on social media platforms, fostering a supportive and interactive learning community.
Collaborate with other team members, such as language instructors, curriculum developers, and social media managers, to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all learning materials.
Conduct assessments and provide feedback to learners to track their progress and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay informed about company updates.
Qualifications:

Native-level proficiency in Arabic, with a strong command of written and spoken language.
Bachelor's degree in Arabic language, linguistics, education, or a related field. A teaching certification or relevant teaching experience is preferred.
Proven experience in creating educational videos for social media platforms, with a strong understanding of video production techniques, editing software, and multimedia tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Solid understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.
Familiarity with current trends in language learning, educational technology, and social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for teaching Arabic language and culture, and a desire to make a positive impact on learners' language proficiency.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in English is an advantage, as it may be required for communication with team members and learners.

مراقبة والرد على تعليقات المستخدمين والأسئلة والتعليقات على منصات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ، وتعزيز مجتمع التعلم الداعم والتفاعلي.
تعاون مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين ، مثل مدربي اللغة ومطوري المناهج ومديري وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ، لضمان الاتساق والفعالية عبر جميع المواد التعليمية.

مؤهلات:

إجادة اللغة العربية على المستوى الأصلي ، مع إتقان اللغة المكتوبة والمنطوقة.
درجة البكالوريوس في اللغة العربية أو اللغويات أو التربية أو مجال ذي صلة. يفضل الحصول على شهادة تدريس أو خبرة تعليمية ذات صلة.
خبرة مثبتة في إنشاء مقاطع فيديو تعليمية لمنصات الوسائط الاجتماعية ، مع فهم قوي لتقنيات إنتاج الفيديو وبرامج التحرير وأدوات الوسائط المتعددة.
مهارات اتصال وعرض ممتازة ، مع القدرة على شرح المفاهيم المعقدة بطريقة واضحة وجذابة.
فهم قوي لمبادئ التصميم التعليمي والقدرة على تكييف طرق التدريس مع احتياجات المتعلم المتنوعة.
الإلمام بالاتجاهات الحالية في تعلم اللغة وتكنولوجيا التعليم ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
