Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly, ensuring high presentation standards.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with basic cleaning tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
- Knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
(English language is a must)
المسؤوليات:
- استقبال وتوجيه الزبائن بطريقة ودية .
- تقديم الوجبات والمشروبات بسرعة، مع ضمان معايير عالية للتقديم .
- التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء والمشاكل بمهنية.
- التعاون مع طاقم المطبخ والبار لضمان تجربة تناول طعام سلسة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة الطعام والمساعدة في مهام التنظيف الأساسية.
المتطلبات:
- الخبرة السابقة كنادل/نادلة .
- مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء والتواصل.
- القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة والعمل بشكل جيد في فريق.
- معرفة بعناصر القائمة، والعروض الخاصة، وعروض
المشروبات.
