• Develop and deliver a comprehensive training program covering case management, social work, and outreach skills to equip volunteer staff with the necessary knowledge and skills.
• Design and customize training materials and resources to meet the specific needs of our organization.
• Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions, incorporating real-world scenarios and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to participants, encouraging active participation and learning.
• Assess participants' progress and adapt the training program as needed.
• Create and administer assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
• (TOT) certification in case management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Case Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a trainer in case management, social work, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of case management principles, social work best practices, and outreach
techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners, including those with varying levels of experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Patience and dedication to fostering the professional growth of volunteers.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Willing to start work immediately.
