Job Description

To establish relationships with projects and decision makers in projects independently and/or together with the sales team, to constantly follow up on decision steps, to be responsible for all activities required to ensure that Kalekim's products in the product group are used, to be the driving force guiding the sales team in these matters, to ensure that the sales team takes the necessary actions in a timely manner in line with the needs of the projects.

To ensure that Kalekim products are written into the specifications.

To establish relationships with effective and high-potential architectural offices and project offices, consultants, etc. companies and to carry out all necessary technical sales work to enter the technical specifications.

To ensure the development of relations by visiting public institutions and organizations, ministries, to ensure that the requested technical presentations are made and to ensure that sales are made by being included in the public specifications.

To carry out studies to inform the sales staff when necessary, to provide technical support, to provide follow-up and support regarding technical issues in projects, to support marketing in the preparation of presentations that will vary according to the customer and project features to be used by the Kalekim sales group.

Participating in Kalekim Innovation Cocoon / Product Innovation Cocoon / 3G studies and meetings, contributing to the product design process, ensuring that new product suggestions are opened according to market dynamics, ensuring that product demands from the field are examined and their justifications are determined and suggestions are given to the committee.

Taking an active role in in-house projects belonging to technical product groups and directing technical products.

In special projects requiring technical solutions, informing and convincing customers from a technical perspective, participating in on-site sample applications and tests (together with the relevant regional sales personnel or implementer) when necessary.

Increasing the number of projects printed by Technical Office Sales Directorate employees and ensuring their follow-up.

Ensuring the implementation of Kale Group Human Resources Policies and company human resources policies.

Providing training in university training seminars when necessary.

To create performance and career systems for department employees, determine and implement training and development plans, and provide the necessary support for employees to achieve their goals,

To ensure consistent implementation of company procedures in the department.

To coordinate and work together on issues related to Kale Seramik.

To be responsible for entrepreneurial and new business development activities.

To ensure effective communication with customers is established, developed and maintained.

To ensure sales in domestic markets for all product categories, especially technical product groups, analysis of competition conditions in the market, preparation of action plans for competitors' applications, and implementation of innovative studies for the market.

To support product groups in target and budget studies according to the company strategy map.

To cooperate closely with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and Business Development/Strategy departments.

To suggest, prepare and manage activities and projects that will benefit all matters related to the Technical Office Sales Department, to regularly record the activities of the Technical Office Sales Department and to present them to the Sales Director.

To check the system technical specifications prepared by the Technical Office Sales Department employees and upload them to QDMS.

To take an active role in the purchasing of commercial product groups by cooperating with the Supply Chain and Marketing departments, to suggest new or alternative suppliers, to participate in supplier visits when necessary,

To represent the company in sector associations and working committees with the approval of the Sales Director.

To research new business lines/production areas where the company is not present and to share them with the Sales Director.

Qualifications & requirements

Education: Civil Engineer, Architect, Construction technical sectors Experience: At least 2 years of Sales in construction Foreign Language: Arabic, English, (Turkish is a plus) Driving Licence: Required Computer Knowledge: Required
