Job Summary Administer and maintain IT-Infrastructure Managed service client and Data Center environment (Storage Boxes, Linux, windows and virtualization platform) to provide maximum availability and performance that supports the corporate goals, organizational values and meats the business requirements. Cover the implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, security and management of all devices and services line with business requirements. Operate within the agreed policies and procedures and maintain quality and security standards and compatibility between systems. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, computer science or related fields. More than (3) years of professional technical experience in IT technology with qualified certifications, achievement track record & training in the above-mentioned Accountability Technical Areas. knowledge in health & medical Environment supporting Large Corporate applications with integrated end-to-end infrastructure IT services covering the areas of Data Centre Sites, HW/SW systems (UNIX, Microsoft), SAN Storage, Load Balancing & Clustering, Backup/Recovery, Monitoring, and Scheduling system tools. Competencies - Organized, Systematic and logical approach to work order. - Highly reactive and work under pressure. - ability to develop and acquire new skills and technological knowledge on a range of system - Creative problem-solving skills - Keep skill levels current and relevant - Excellent communication skills written and spoken in English and Arabic Working conditions · Ability to work on operational tasks out of business hours, or on holidays if business required. rania.obais@abdalimedical.com
