Job Description

  • To work as a focal point for the center manager.
  • When the center manager is absent, the supervisor of case coordinators shall act as the deputy
  • Support and help both the center manager, case coordinators, and all service-providing team
  • Follow up, supervise, and attend the case meetings for the cases with the case coordinators
  • Responsible for evaluating the case progress
  • Writes reports of all types as required (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) and send them to the manager.
  • Case studies, success stories, and challenges are to be documented in the reports.
  • Mapping and unifying Service providers of several types (legal consultations, medical, social and psychological)
  • Nominate employees for skill development training and workshops
  • Coordinate with the Governmental, non-governmental, and International NGOs that work on anti-violence programs.
  • Coordinate with institutions specialized in social discrimination-based violence response and rescue.
  • Coordinate with the Governmental and non-governmental NGOs and CSOs that work on human rights to collaborate in regard to
  • the referral pathway
  • Inviting and facilitating case meetings with each case coordinator and service providers.
