A construction company is looking for a professional Structural Engineer and electrical engineer with the following requirements:
Responsibilities for structural engineer:
1. Prepare reports, designs, and drawings to meet international standards.
2. Review and assessment of the provided structural designs.
3. Preparing detailed BOQ as required.
4. Read and understand of Scope of Work.
5. Provide technical support for site engineers and good communication with other disciplines.
6. Consider the strength of construction materials and select appropriately.
7. Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers.
8. Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
9. Prepare technical documents such as construction method, Scope of Work, etc.
10. Coordinate and cooperate with the procurement and manufacturing teams.
• Degree in Architectural or Civil engineering (essential).
• Plus5 years of work experience as Site Engineer (essential).
• Good experience in steel structure and reinforced concrete Work.
• Good experience in required civil work especially for Oil and Gas industry.
• Good experience in fabrication and installation of steel structural work.
• English language is a must.
• Windows, Engineering software’s and Microsoft office skills.
• Experience in building material and construction method
• Good understanding of physics and mathematics.
• Ability to liaise with professionals from other disciplines.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills
