Job Description

A sales manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a company's sales team.

Their main responsibilities include developing sales strategies, setting sales goals, monitoring sales performance, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue. Some specific duties of a sales manager may include:

 . Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

 . Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.

-  Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners

 - Generating sales leads and closing deals with customers

 -  Coaching and developing the sales team to improve performance and achieve goals

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Committed to continuous education through workshops seminars and conferences.

 

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
