Job Purpose:
Under the supervision of the Standards & Training Manager (STM), develop and implement comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) across all areas of technical operations to maintain safety, improve standards and promote best practice. Additionally, the role involves conducting thorough investigations of incidents and accidents, compiling detailed reports in line with MAG Global Technical Standards (GTS), and ensuring that lessons learned are effectively integrated into future practices to enhance operational safety and efficiency.
