Position : QA/ QC Trainer
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control, with a passion for training and developing others. The QA/QC Trainer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs to ensure our staff are proficient in QA/QC processes and standards.
▫️Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control.
* Previous experience in a training or instructional role is highly desirable.
* In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong organizational and planning abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
