Position: Public Relations Officer

Location: Erbil
Requirements and skills:
1-Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role
2-Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
3- Background in researching, writing and editing publications
4-Proficient in MS Office and social media
5- Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus
6-Strong communication ability (oral and written)
7- Excellent organizational skills
8- Ability to work well under pressure
9- BSc/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field
Responsibilities:
1-Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
2- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
3-Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
4-Prepare and distribute press releases
5- Organize PR events (e.g., open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson
6-Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
7-Address inquiries from the media and other parties
8- Prepare and submit PR reports
9- Manage PR issues
