The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an initial contract duration for 8 months, . The place of work will be Sinuni and Sinjar Area, in Iraq (IQ). The position is paid according to SG5.
Implementation of project activities according to the specified deadlines and organisational, contractual and financial directives.
Depending on the specialist division, the Expert is responsible for carrying out procurement activities, implementing technical measures and / or implementing social components within the framework of the specified project assignment
• Support beneficiary identification and registration for planned trainings.
• Ensure that feedback and response mechanisms are in place and working smoothly
• Support the Senior Project Officer in recruiting trainers.
• Select a suitable venue for conducting trainings.
• Identify topics of the trainings based on the needs.
• keep the participants attendance sheets up to date.
• Support the trainer in conducting the pre-post tests for each trainings.
• Contribute to the project activities materials including activity design, reporting, and workplan
• Close coordination with MEAL team to track activity progress and determine any needed corrective action.
• Conduct assessements to identify potential boreholes to rehabilitate using solar power
• Perform other duties as requested by the line manager.
• Report writing-weekly reports,monthly reports and any other adhoc meetings as requested by HOP or DHOP.
