Job Description

Type of Contract: Fixed Term Contract
Working Hours: 08:30 am to 03:00 pm
Place of Work: Headquarter- Erbil
Gender: Male/Female, Priority for Male Candidates
Monthly Salary: 1,050,000 IQDs
Published Date: 26-05-2024
Deadline Date: 30-05-2024 at 01:00 P.M.

     Core Functions / Responsibilities

  • Planning and Defining Scope.
  • Activity Planning and Sequencing, Responsible for the development and management of the project activities, project budget, and donor reports.
  • Developing Schedules.
  • Time Estimation.
  • Developing a Budget and Maintain up to date project plans based on activities and financial progress.
  • Creating Charts and Schedules.
  • Managing Risks and Issues.
  • Monitoring and Reporting Progress supervision.
  • Team Leadership.
  • Controlling Quality.
  • Document and archive the project implementation.
  • Coordinating with local Authority related to the project.
  • Identifies problems and communicates solutions to appropriate personnel and departments.
  • Reporting to line manager on Regular Bases, Ensure timely and accurate contributions to project reports, Monthly, quarterly and final reports.
  • Any other tasks/responsibilities requested by line manager.

Qualifications & requirements

  •  Bachelor degree of (Pharmacy).
  • Very good in English language skills “writing and speaking “.
  • Good in Arabic language skills “writing and speaking”.
  • With Good Computer and Communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
