Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Project Management Professional (PMP) Trainer to deliver exceptional training programs to our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, a deep understanding of PMP principles, and the ability to effectively communicate and transfer knowledge to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive PMP training programs that align with PMI standards and guidelines.
- Prepare training materials, including presentations, manuals, and course documentation.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, to individuals and corporate groups.
- Assess participants' learning needs and adapt training methods and materials accordingly.
- Provide mentorship and support to participants to ensure their successful completion of the PMP certification.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in project management and incorporate them into training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments, making necessary improvements to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with the training center team to continuously improve and expand our training offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical project management experience.
- Proven experience in delivering PMP training or similar project management courses.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technology for both in Class and online training.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Fluency in English and Arabic and Kurdish.
