Job Description: • Conducting relevant process calculations and business optimization studies. • Providing awareness training for elements planned to be put into operation, working in coordination with other businesses on this issue. • Participating in improvement activities carried out in the business/unit by acting with the awareness of continuous improvement. • Supporting the team in problem solving studies and conducting Root Cause Analysis studies. • Analysing the current situation in terms of lean systems and ensuring that improvements are made. • Ensuring the implementation of maintenance plans. • To ensure that malfunctions in machines, equipment and devices used in production are resolved. • To have knowledge of the SAP PM module, which is currently being implemented in the current system, in order to ensure common equipment efficiency.
Requirements: • Graduated from Engineering Faculties of Universities (Preferably; Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering), • Worked in a similar position in a company where production activities are carried out for at least 2 years, • Knowledgeable about process design, cost reduction and efficiency, lean production techniques, • Developed planning and organization skills, • Result-oriented, attentive to details and analytical thinking, • Strong human relations, able to work in harmony with different functions, • Proficient in MS Office applications, • Experience: Between 2-5 years • Residing/able to reside in Duhok. Driving License: Class B
