Job Description

ZMC Solar is looking for a female Product Manager with experience in solar energy products and systems to help define product specifications, study the market, manage orders, and coordinate with technical and commercial teams.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define product specifications based on market requirements
  • Analyze the market, competitors, and customer feedback
  • Prepare and manage product and system orders
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams
  • Monitor product performance and work on continuous improvement
  •  
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Management or a related field
  • Good understanding of solar energy products and systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to connect technical and business aspects effectively
Location: Erbil – Full-time

تعلن ZMC Solar عن حاجتها إلى مديرة منتج (Product Manager) تمتلك خبرة في منتجات وأنظمة الطاقة الشمسية، للمساهمة في تحديد مواصفات المنتجات، دراسة السوق، تجهيز ومتابعة الطلبيات، والعمل بالتنسيق مع الفرق الفنية والتجارية.

المهام الأساسية:
  • تحديد مواصفات المنتجات بناءً على متطلبات السوق
  • دراسة السوق والمنافسين وتحليل ملاحظات العملاء
  • تجهيز ومتابعة الطلبيات (Products & Systems)
  • التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات، الهندسة، والتسويق
  • متابعة أداء المنتجات والعمل على تحسينها بشكل مستمر

  • المتطلبات:
  • خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في إدارة المنتجات أو مجال قريب
  • فهم جيد لمنتجات وأنظمة الطاقة الشمسية
  • مهارات عالية في التواصل والتنظيم واتخاذ القرار
  • القدرة على الربط بين الجانب التجاري والجانب الفني
 
مكان العمل: أربيل – دوام كامل
