➢ Documenting the stages of the implementation of the projects.
➢ Prepare follow-up Monitoring and Evaluation plans.
➢ Review reports and records carried out periodically by the project workers.
➢ Conduct field visits to the project implementation site.
➢ Hold meetings with the project workers and counterparts (public, private or donor sector... etc.)
➢ Diagnose strengths and weaknesses and determine the level of the performance.
➢ Identify problems that impede the implementation to find appropriate solutions.
➢ Monitor the achievements of the project as planned and recognize the achieved degree.
➢ Collect and analyse data and submit a semi-annual report/final to the management of the Association.
➢ Follow-up on the performance of the Association's staff, identify weaknesses and submit recommendations.
➢ Filling out forms and reports for Monitoring and Evaluation. Work with other tasks in the field of competence.
- Experience in project planning and monitoring
- Ability to develop and carry out work plans and solve problems independently.
- Ability to work with little supervision, well organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to write professional high-quality reports in English.
- Good computer skills in areas of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and SharePoint.
